Also known as "quiet listings", Private Offerings are select properties which are quietly available to buyers through Hunter Reed, but which our clients do not wish to be publicly listed. Accordingly, these properties are not to be found in traditional public venues such as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), online luxury real estate websites, newspapers, magazines, etc. Rather, these properties are made available privately to Hunter Reed's network of high-net worth buyers.

Registrations which are incomplete or which contain unverifiable information will not be acknowledged. Information on Private Offerings is provided only to pre-screened, pre-qualified registered parties. Please be aware that, depending on the wishes of each property owner, prospective buyers may be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before receiving information on a particular property, and will be required to provide verifiable proof of funds.
